Duane is another of XYZ’s well rounded employees. He brings with him a working knowledge of consumer electronic repair. He knows what makes these devices work and what to do when they don’t.
Working as a bench tech in a major electronics repair facility for over 20 years has really prepared Duane for a career at XYZ. He knows how to get into the guts of a system bringing a level of detail to his work that can only be gained from years of reading schematics and soldering circuit boards.
Duane has completed training as an AMX certified installer, NEC certified service technician, and has obtained his ICIA CTS certification since his start with XYZ Audio Visual. He is also one of our Power Limited licensed technicians.
His work as a Martial Arts instructor (2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do!) and as a successful professional fisherman (Anderson Pro Fishing) also gives him the skills to maintain a steady mind in this fast-paced field.
